Denim
Denim is a very popular fabric that is produced in many different garments including jeans and jackets. Denim is a sturdy cotton twill which has its weft threads passing under two or more warp threads. The twill weaving then creates a diagonal ribbed effect.
Wool
Wool is a natural fibre that comes from the sheep. Wool is a crimped elasticated fibre and grows in the form of staple fibres (short and fluffy). The crimped texture of wool causes it to be bulky and warm and it also is able to trap air inside. Wool is used for a lot of garments including Jumpers, scarves, and gloves.
Organza
Organza is a sheer thin fabric that is very light weight and sheer.
The fabric is a plain weave and is often made from silk.
Organza is often used on garments such as wedding dresses, and ball gowns.
